We have been talking about it since the beginning of last year, and finally my techical support team have managed to pull themselves away from computer games and arguing on the internet to put together my Smoothie Diary page.

Since the beginning of 2014, I have aimed to have one smoothie a day.  They don't always taste great, but they are usual very tasty and the ingredients speak for themselves.  I always try to ensure that vegetables outweigh the fruit, to limit the sugar content.

I have been keeping a personal smoothie diary, noting the contents and rating the taste.  So I have decided to share my revelations with anyone who wants to read it.

I will try to add one smoothie a day, depending on how busy my schedule is, and hopefully inspire you to try your own concoctions.
